New Updated Classes on Union.fit
Now that yoga studios have re-opened and many of you are more comfortable with in-person classes, I modified the class offerings on Omkara Yoga. Please check the schedule and descriptions for the latest updates. Our most popular class is the Sunday Yin. It is now shorter for the summer and will have a philosophy component to it. The Tuesday class is now Stretch, Gentle Flow and Meditation. The Wednesday class will be replaced by a daytime Stretch, Gentle Flow and Meditation class on Monday or Wednesday morning. Stay tuned for an announcement in July about that.

Meditation
Join me for Summer Daily Meditation
Starting June 14, I will be offering a 40-Day Meditation practice. You can sign up for that on union.fit This is not a workshop or class. It is a 20-minute daily meditation practice. You can drop in and out anytime you like, as frequently as you like. These meditations will not be recorded for replay. You will need to sign up to receive a special link to join the meditation practice. Omkara monthly and founding members join in for free and can invite a friend for free but you still need to sign up to receive the link. I hope to see you all there.

Octavia Nasr's yoga practice began seventeen years ago and has been evolving since. Her dedication is expressed through a daily sadhana that includes asana (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. She considers yoga to be a gift of peace and non-harming that has nurtured her when she was consumed by a high profile job, and through every thick and thin of life to date.
